Priest-in-Charge
Lucinda Burns
I am the current priest-in-charge. I have a large family, all of whom have left home, and that large family now includes grandchildren.
I am always looking at ways in which we can meet the needs of families in this area, something that is a key part of our mission statement where we talk about living Christ-centred lives and reaching out to our communities.
Church Wardens
We have a small team of Church Wardens, who with the priest-in-charge, are generally responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the parish. Their work is not just the maintenance of the church building, but also helping in the smooth running of the church.
Ministry Team
We have an active Ministry Team which helps lead and preach in our Sunday worship while also working in other ways throughout our three parishes.
Pastoral Care Team
Church around the Cliffe has a small Pastoral Care team who are happy to visit the lonely, those with long-term illnesses and also the bereaved. If you or someone you know would like a visit from one of the team then please contact us
Safeguarding Officer
Karen Longland/Sue Limberger
Karen is the safeguarding Lead and Sue supports her with all the administration of this. It is their responsibility to ensure that we do everything possible to protect our children and vulnerable adults throughout the benefice. See our Safeguarding page for more information.
Church Administrator
Sue Limberger
Sue is the church administrator for the benefice and works alongside Lucinda and the church wardens supporting them in the running of the church.
